Ingredients:
500g Chicken breast, thinly sliced
100g Spring Gully Sweet Chilli Sauce
30g Soy sauce
15g Sesame oil
200g Mixed vegetables
200gm Cooked noodles
Spring onion and lemon for garnish
Method:
STEP 1
Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
STEP 2
Add chicken slices and stir-fry until browned and cooked through.
STEP 3
Add mixed vegetables and continue stir-frying until they are tender-crisp.
