The Bloody Mary is a classic cocktail that pairs perfectly with brunch! Spring Gully Worcestershire Sauce plays part in bringing this delicious cocktail together.
Ingredients:
Large handful of ice
100ml vodka
500ml tomato juice
1 tbsp lemon juice, plus 2 slices to serve
Few shakes of Spring Gully Worcestershire sauce
Few shakes of Tabasco
Pinch Celery Salt
Pinch Black Pepper
2 celery sticks to serve
Method:
STEP 1 In a large jar place the ice. Measure the vodka, tomato juice and lemon juice and pour it straight over the ice.
STEP 2 Add 3-5 shakes of your Spring Gully Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco (adjust to your preferred level of spiciness) and a pinch of celery salt and pepper. Stir until the outside of the jug feels cold, then strain the cocktail into 2 tall glasses.
STEP 3 Top glass up with fresh ice, garnish the cocktail with a celery stick and lemon slice to both glasses.
Serve and enjoy your bloody mary cocktail with eggs on toast with a drizzle of Spring Gully Worcestershire Sauce!
